ABOUT US
About the UK Reiki FederationOur Organisation
The UK Reiki Federation (UKRF) is an independent, not-for-profit, professional organisation run by members for members.
Reiki is our passion. We are fully committed to sharing our expertise and knowledge with our members and the general public to increase awareness of Reiki through education & information.
Since 1999, we have been at the forefront for developing the highest standards for Reiki education, training, research, and practice. We continue to be actively involved in high-level representative groups working on revised standards for training of professional practitioners in the United Kingdom.
Now the largest Reiki-only professional organisation in the UK and Europe, we are here for every step of your Reiki journey – from finding a certified Reiki practitioner for a Reiki session, sourcing an accredited Reiki course, or practicing and teaching Reiki professionally.

I discovered Reiki in 2018 while looking for a practical way to manage stress, and it has stayed with me ever since. Now a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher based on the Isle of Wight, my role as COO focuses on the operational backbone of the UKRF, from systems and technology to the day-to-day processes that keep the organisation running smoothly.
I also serve as President of the European Reiki Group, supporting collaboration and shared standards across Europe. I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and excited about what we can build together.

Before working full-time in my own practice, I spent over a decade in the legal sector, and I continue to volunteer with St John Ambulance NI. Both roles have given me a strong grounding in safeguarding, governance and professional accountability, which I bring to my work within Reiki.
In my role as Standards and Governance Ambassador for the UK Reiki Federation, I am committed to supporting practitioners and contributing to the ongoing development of standards within the profession

I first discovered Reiki in 2012 while looking for a complementary therapy to help ease my mother’s pain. The experience introduced me to the gentle and supportive nature of Reiki and began my ongoing journey with the practice.
I have since completed Reiki Level 2 and Level 3 training (2023). Alongside this, I am a qualified solicitor, bringing a strong focus on governance, professional standards and ethical practice to my role as Compliance Ambassador at the UK Reiki Federation.
