CNHC DECEMBER 2022 UPDATE

Michael Brown-Frazer joins our Sports Therapy PSB

CNHC Registrant Michael Brown-Frazer joined our Sports Therapy Profession Specific Board (PSB) in December.

Michael is a clinical sports and remedial massage therapist with over 20 years hands-on experience, working across the corporate, health, wellbeing and elite sports sectors. After graduating with a BA Sport & Fitness Studies degree, he worked as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer, gaining further qualifications in (Level V) Sports Massage and Advanced Sports Therapy.

Michael works across the Manchester region, with additional Strength & Conditioning qualifications enabling him to tailor treatment solutions more effectively. He has worked with the Manchester Giants Basketball team, GB athletes and Para-athletes across Swimming, Athletics and Taekwondo as well as professional footballers.

CNHC has a Profession Specific Board (PSB) for each of the eighteen disciplines it registers. PSBs provide advice to the CNHC Board about therapy-specific issues and are a key element of CNHC’s structure.

The CNHC Quality Mark

Did you know that only CNHC Registrants can use our quality mark? It incorporates the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) accreditation mark to show that they conform to national standards of practice in their work. This in turn enables members of the public, and those who commission the services of complementary healthcare practitioners, to choose with confidence qualified practitioners in their field.

If you are a Registrant it is important that you comply with the Terms of Use of the CNHC Quality Mark.

Season's Greetings from CNHC

CNHC’s Board and staff team wish you a happy and restful Christmas break and all the best for 2023.

Please note the CNHC office will be closed from 5pm on Friday 23 December 2022 and will re-open on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
