Calm in Kent is run by Sue in Hythe, Kent, UK.  Providing Usui Reiki training and Reiki treatments.

I am passionate about Reiki and enjoy passing on my knowledge and experience as a Practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher.  I’ve learnt first hand what amazing benefits holistic therapies have.

My aim is to provide a caring, nurturing environment where you are listened to with empathy and are not rushed, to enable you to feel calm and relaxed.  With all of the challenges in life at present, Reiki is needed more than ever.

REIKI TREATMENTS

My aim is to always provide a caring, nurturing environment where you are listened to and not rushed.  Reiki is a wonderful complementary treatment and can be used alongside any traditional medical treatment or therapy for all ages.

The treatment room is calm, relaxed and warm and has low lighting and soft music playing.  Reiki relaxes and improves well-being, supports the body in its natural ability to self heal, and has many other reported benefits.

Reiki has been found to:-
Increase relaxation and bring calmness
Reduce stress and anxiety
Reduce issues related to pain and physical ailments
Stimulate the body’s natural ability to self heal
Increased positivity
Help clear brain fog and bring clarity and focus
Gives a sense of well-being, most people say they float out of the treatment room.
