We offer the only UKRF approved Reiki training courses in Essex.

I train using the Japanese style of Usui Reiki Ryoho, courses offered in 3 levels:

I have had my Reiki qualifications & professional experience reviewed against current recommended training standards for Professional Reiki Practitioners as specified by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council and all criteria have been met.

I am pleased to announce that Rejuvenating Hands is the only place in the Essex area to hold Reiki training courses that are approved and verified by UK Reiki Federation.

I offer free on going Reiki training and Reiki share days for all of my students.

The venue for the training is in the beautiful village of Bradwell on Sea, Essex.
