Reiki Master/Teacher offering classes at all levels and treatments

Reiki Master/Teacher Jo Fellows has worked with traditional Japanese Reiki since the early 2000s. This is when she discovered that Reiki was one of her spiritual paths, and she was amazed that one can actually feel the connection to spiritual energy. Initially stunned by the effect of physical healing and relaxation, her studies brought her to realise that Reiki was in fact a complete system of spiritual awakening and a gateway to discovering her spiritual self. Today, Jo feels privileged (if sometimes a bit overwhelmed) to be able to share her understanding and enthusiasm for Reiki in her treatments and courses, and sees the experiences as a highlight of her life.

She has trained to Reiki Master level and beyond, regularly attending intensives and retreats to strengthen her practice. She’s one of just a few graduate teachers in the UK for the International House of Reiki (see more here). Both a teacher and a practitioner, she specialises in providing tailored holistic treatments, designed to bring a sense of relaxation and renewal.

Jo Fellows practice is based in the countryside, just a stone’s throw Cheltenham. She provides and an authentic, personal and sustainable experience, that evokes wellbeing.

Each client is treated individually, addressing the areas of need and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. She is on the board of the UK Reiki Federation and Distance Healing Coordinator for the UK Reiki Federation, CNHC-registered and fully insured. Each treatment begins with a holistic consultation.

Jo is also an advanced Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance International), Meditation teacher (BSoM), Sound Healer and Sound Massage practitioner (Sound treatments and sound baths – Peter Hess Institute).
