You do not need to do it all. Bring what you can, and if none of these is quite right, tell us what you would enjoy.
Secretary
Be at the heart of the UKRF. You will arrange Board and team meetings, keep our meeting diary up to date, prepare agendas, and turn meeting recordings into clear, accurate minutes with decisions and actions recorded.
Ideal for: someone highly organised and discreet, confident with email, online calendars and Zoom, who writes clearly.
IT Ambassador
Help keep the UK Reiki Federation running smoothly behind the scenes. You will look after our key digital tools and systems, making sure our online platforms and remote team stay connected and secure.
Ideal for: someone organised and tech savvy who is happy troubleshooting the occasional hiccup.
Virtual Events Host
Bring Reiki events to life online. You will open and manage Zoom sessions, introduce speakers and help guide questions from participants.
Ideal for: someone confident, warm and organised, comfortable speaking to groups and creating a calm, professional space for our community.
Events Planning Assistant
Help our events run smoothly from behind the scenes. You will liaise with speakers, update the events tracker and keep every step, from planning to promotion, on track.
Ideal for: someone detail minded and reliable who enjoys coordinating people and tasks.
