Garden of Reiki

Hi, I’m Tracy, and in June 2020 my life was turned upside down with a diagnosis of two tricky auto-immune conditions which seemingly came out of nowhere. Initially, dark times followed but I then began a journey of self-discovery to find therapies, tools and techniques to support my healing beyond standard pharmaceutical intervention.
Reiki has really helped me in all aspects of my physical and mental health so it was the obvious next step to share this gentle yet powerful energy healing practice with others.
Reiki sessions take place in my garden room with stunning views of this beautiful corner of rural Hampshire amidst the wonderful garden my husband created.
I look forward to welcoming you.
