Reiki is a wonderfully relaxing and restorative natural healing therapy. It is based on the idea than an unseen “life force energy” (also known as chi/ki or prana) flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If our “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
It is this same energy that is worked with in Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Tai Chi and Yoga.
