If you’re searching for a calmer, more balanced way of living, my approach is designed to support you gently and holistically. I combine Reiki, meditation, and holistic therapies with natural, sustainable practices to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and your inner peace.
If you’re seeking calm and balance through a treatment, or feel called to learn Reiki, I’m here to support you in a safe, nurturing space. I also offer ongoing support throughout your Reiki journey and a monthly Reiki Energy Exchange, where you can connect with like minded people and deepen your practice in a warm, supportive setting.
